VOLUNTEERING - GETTING INVOLVED IN LOCAL HISTORY

Stroud & District Historical Society Association Inc. is run solely by volunteers, and was formed 1970.

WHAT DO WE DO................

As volunteers we care for and open  our two museums in Stroud on Sundays to the public.

1- The Court House

2- Quambi

We conduct guided historical tours of Stroud to groups.

We provide a genealogy service of pioneer families and their descendents of the area.

We provide an 'oral' history recording service to record the lives and history of the local people and community.
